The bathroom windows could use full frosting for better privacy!!! The lack of luggage transport from the station makes arriving a hassle. The soundproofing leaves much to be desired with noisy neighbors above!!!

We had a really great time. The breakfast was tasty with beautiful views, the food was different...

the breakfast offered was savoury and delicious with beautiful views. the service was excellent, nothing too much trouble, it was just what we needed. our stay was exceptional and we would stay here again.

My room included it's own balcony and coffee. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there was a luxurious bathroom. Location: the hotel was right by Sestri Levante for example, the hiking trails, and the ocean & vineyards.

The rooms were spacious and perfect for our group. We enjoyed happy hour with complimentary drinks, and breakfast was great. We explored the beautiful coastline and even went snorkeling. The staff was helpful and offered great recommendations for nearby activities. The views from the terrace were fine.

The only downside was the steep steps leading to our room. It required us to be careful when moving around, especially after a long day of walking.

The views from our Junior Suite Sea View were amazing. The kids loved the breakfast, especially the fresh fruits and pastries, made our mornings good.

My children wished for more family-friendly activities.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink that set a good tone for our stay. The room was beautifully decorated and offered amazing views. The staff was helpful. We particularly enjoyed the bar/lounge area and the serene atmosphere on the terrace, away from the tourist crowds. The service genuinely.

What a dreamy stay we had! The complimentary drinks and breakfast were simply delightful, and the evening turndown service really set the mood. The only hiccup was the somewhat tight bathroom space. I'd definitely return!

Navigating luggage transport from the station was cumbersome, and noise from the patio area affected comfort at times. The WiFi connection was inadequate.

Couples seeking romance

Spent 2 nights in a lovely suite with an amazing view from the balcony. The breakfast was pretty solid too, fresh coffee and eggs made to order, one of the best ways to start every day.
